Recently purchased a Lopi stove from here. This is one of the occasions where everything went well from the start to the delivery and installation. Pat the salesman provided a complete description and some of the possibilities in question. He was knowledgeable and not pressuring. Then came the installation? well like always worried about the unknown? Well, it couldn't have been better. The installer called before coming and when he arrived, he explained what he was doing all the way throughout the install. He was professional and knowledgeable got the installation done without wasting my time and thoughtfully cleaned up after word. He even took the time to go over the use and care of the unit. I could not be happier with doing business with Hearth & Home!
