We have been a customer of hearth and home for more than 20 years (2003). We have a fireplace insert with decorative backplates and a decorative faceplate. This family owned business is the real deal. They value their customers and provide for each one as if they are family. We have had maintenance every year and are able to take pleasure in the product knowing they are invested in our satisfaction . We highly recommend this business .
Also want to give a shout out to Jeff the service technician who has cared for us over most of these annual visits. He is great. Also you will recognize him from the picture in the mailer along with Darby( who does not make service calls!)
