I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how happy we are with this fire box that we bought from Hearth and Home.
We could have gone the conventional route but I had done my homework and went quite a few times to Hearth and Home where you helped me learn about the efficiently and ease of this firebox. Yes it was expensive but… I wanted to enjoy a wood burning fire anytime of the day w/out worry of wasting energy or waiting for special occasions to use it.
I especially want to thank you for your great customer service – that helped sell this expensive fire box to us – helped me persuade my husband to go ahead w/the purchase – and more importantly, after installation by your crew – enjoy the beauty and heat from this monster. It’s only mid November and we’ve had numerous fires in the hearth – and loved every one of them!
