Project Description:
Had an issue with our 864 TRV 31K Clean Face Deluxe fireplace where water got in during a storm and shorted the circuit board six months after install, which technically isn’t covered under warranty but Hearth and Home came out and replaced the part in two days, a day before Thanksgiving. Awesome customer service especially considering there is a chip shortage. Love our fireplace with the Birch logs and everyone compliments the look.
