On a very positive note, just wanted to let you all know how pleased we were with Robert and Oskar as installers. Very professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, and overall nice people. Make sure you pass this info along to the other right people and to Robert and Oscar as well. The fireplace itself looks and works as we had hoped. Planning on doing the burn off on Thursday with the colder temperatures forecasted.
And thank you for taking the time to clearly pass along our concerns to the installers. Sometimes these types of things don’t get passed along too well. We decided against using the insulating fireplace gasket. Also as you were more than likely appraised, there was an issue with our current liner. The solution was very creative.
