Dear Hearth & Home – I just want to let you know that we had a great experience from start to finish with our fireplace purchase and install. All your employees (and family) are wonderful and patient. The installers went above and beyond to customize our installation. They were personable, efficient, and extremely neat. We especially appreciate the prompt extra service call to customize our embers. Jeff is an artist!! A specialist in his line of work. He took extra time to further educate/re-educate us on our fireplace. Like everyone at Hearth and Home he was knowledgeable and patient. Thank you for helping us in this big decision/purchase process and for making it a pleasurable experience.
