It’s been a little more than a month since the installation of our gas insert fireplace. I wanted to follow-up with you. We couldn’t be happier and we have used the fireplace every night since it was put in. It’s so convenient to have a fire now. It warms up our family room nicely. Actually, the only observation (not a complaint) is that it’s possibly too efficient. We can’t run it too long with the back flame on because it will get too warm in the room. But we’ve found the happy medium that allows us to enjoy the fireplace for an evening without getting overly warm.
That said, I was very pleased with the entire process at Hearth and Home from your helpfulness and expertise during the sale, to (the) professional assessment and measurement. The installation…couldn’t have been better. Very professional with a super cautious approach to making sure the gas line and the fireplace were properly installed.
The product is first rate, clearly quality made in the USA and you have a first-class operation and employees. You said when we purchased the fireplace that we would wonder why we did not do it sooner. So right!
